We have a new door access controller that is having trouble connecting to the sites existing hardware using network TCP/IP. Looking for someone to jump in and troubleshoot.
The sites hardware is 2x Honeywell PRO3200. It has a web server built in, but we are unable to access it via IE https due to outdated TLS protocol. The manual states If you are using Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration, you cannot access the ACDSM web server. All pages will display Bad Request! You must uninstall the Enhanced Security option before you can access the ACDSM.

Scope of work:
1. RDC or TeamViewer into the new server and dumb down Internet explorer to view the PRO3200 webpage.
2. Update any network settings in the PRO3200 to point to the new server
3. Work with the new server software (WinPAC) to confirm connection to the sites PRO3200
We have manuals for the WinPAC software and the PRO3200.
