*HIRING IMMEDIATELY* Site is down due to high server load. Need help with VPS optimization

I currently use WP rocket, but my server gets too overloaded and crashes throughout the day. Need your help with optimizing it more. The issue might be the WordPress cron, a plugin, or something with the code. Youre the expert so you can scan our website to see if you can figure out what the issue is and give me a quote on what it will cost to fix it.

Here are the things I need done:

1. Fix high load on my VPS server so it does not fluctuate
2. Optimize site. Currently a C on GTMetrix. Site is a VPS on Bluehost.
3. Experience with setting up WordPress multi-site is a plus because that is the next step.
