need help converting an HTML landing page to wordpress

need to port a one page HTML site over to wordpress, but the HTML landing page posts to a classic ASP page (aspx)
I want to port my one page site over to wordpress and then someone will need to perhaps modify the code in the new wordpress to post to the ASP page. there is a form that visitors can fill out when they come to the page , i want this form to be copied to the new site so it exactly matches the form on the HTML web page, if it doesnt match correctly submitting the form will fail because this HTML form is passing the data to a .ASPX form
