Basic parralax Wordpress Website

Looking for a Wordpress expert to make a simple small business site for a bar basically cloned from another existing site and just update with my images etc. Ill be re-writing site copy for you to put back in on site when finished.

Want done within 2-3 days first build, then revisions til finished.

Site Requirements:
Needs to be SEO optimised in build, (if you dont know anything about it please dont apply.)
Need to pass Google mobile friendly test
Needs to score above 85% for desktop and mobile on Google Pagespeed test
Must not have error: Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Plugins to install will be all the basics including.
Wordfence
W3 total cache
SEO by Yoast
WP Forms
Backup buddy
or equivalent

Plus needs:
Click to call button
Request a quote/call back form
Message to facebook messenger

I have many of these types of sites coming up, ideally looking for someone good I can partner with on a long term basis.
