Darbster Kitty Remodel

We are a foundation that transports kitties from overpopulated areas of the South to NH for adoption. Many areas of the Northeast have a need for adoptable animals whereas the south is overpopulated and euthanasia rates are high. NH has no such issues.

We are looking for a drawing of our our current floor plan and proposed floor plan for grant purposes. The area is approximately 1000 sq feet and we are looking to move the reception area from one side of the front door (to the WEST) to the other side of front door (to the EAST). It is an open concept area - I will share some pictures with shortlisted candidates.

The idea is to build a half wall across the whole EAST side of the front door so that if a kitty escapes its condo it would have to get over a second wall to get near the front door. This new approximately 18 foot 1/2 wall would have a counter top (like the current reception area) and also a 1/2 door for entry to the cat condo area. The current west area reception area will be turned into an additional three large kitty condos.

The ideal candidate to draw this will be able to communicate via phone and email. The location of the facility is in NH - the Foundation HQ is in WPB FL so proximity to either location could be helpful but no necessary.
