Set Up Clickfunnels Funnel

I have a shared funnel from a friend and need to set it up to work for my business. All content is complete, I just need someone to set up the pages, OTOs, & membership site with/without constraints.

Funnel:
1) Sales Page
2) Cart ($37- Basic Program)
2A) Order Bump ($9 Home Workout PDFs)
3) OTO ($137- Basic + Calculator)
4) OTO ($297- Basic + Calculator + Custom Program)
5) Membership Site (Automatically adjust to what the customer bought)
5A) Basic Program
5B) Order Bump
5C) Calculator
5D) Customized Program

The customer will have the option to go back and purchase everything if they would like to- We may need to add pages. If they havent purchased the OTOs it should show a lock screen.

I need help setting up the payments and with some of the fulfillment automation.

You can leave everything with placeholders and Ill fill it in.
