What I need to develop is a sharepoint list with row level permissions .

This list will shared be via teams with external users.

What I want to do is allocate the external users to groups (customers) and allows them to only view/edit rows in the list that are relevant to them.

On the internal side the users would have access to all rows.

The will be flows built on top of the list (not relevant to this job as such).
