Rewrite and Generate New Training Articles for our App

This job requires writing training articles for our knowledge base. The training article content will be informed, in large part, by previous videos and live training webinars.

The requirement is to create an individual, stand-alone article for each topic covered in our previously published material, yet must be updated for our new UI.

We are solving for short training snippets, in both copy and .gif format, as an improvement over our longer training videos.

The accepted applicant will have excellent written skills, having provided a sample for review, organizational abilities, and be able to discern a process when broken into its parts.

The management of this project will include an orientation phone call with files supplied for review, access to our knowledge base, and online messaging so we are completely aligned and set up for success.
