Android Developer needed for creating a services auction (buyer-seller) app

Require Android developer for Android auction app

1) Must work on all Android platforms
2) Supports sign up and log in (hashed passwords saved to backend database server)
3) 3 types of users - sellers, buyers, administrators (registered users can be both seller and buyer - just need to choose on app after log in. Administrators can manage users and postings)
4) Allows seller to offer services on app (specify hourly rate, date / time available)
5) Allows buyer to post required services (specify hourly rate, date / time)
6) Allows sellers and buyers to look through sell and buy requests
7) App will help to match buyers and sellers. Alerts sellers that there are jobs suitable.
8) Sellers can also manually bid for buyers job by surfing through listing
9) Buyers will make final decision - swipe to accept
10) Includes in-app messaging system to contact each other
11) Supports payment on Google pay and Paypal
