Miniatures building modeling for a medieval themed tabletop game

Several buildings with a coupling system must be designed.

Im including some examples of what I want to get. You will have to consider the models will be first printed to prototype and then manufactured masively in plastic for a tabletop game, so they are going to be kind of tiny, therefore the design cannot be too complex but has to be fairly realistic and historically accurate, surfaces will be very flat and texture should be added only in the rendered version and not in the 3d model.

The original 3d files must be provided for possible future edition.
Delivery of final images rendered with colour and textures is not mandatory, but it would be nice, and it could count to take the hiring decision.

It will help me to decide if you include some examples with these features in your cover letter.

My budget is flexible, thats why I cannot set a definitive amount.
