Looking for T-Shirt Graphic Designer

Our team is looking for clothing designers, who already have experiences in this field.
Designers who can draw designs by themselves and bring along enough ideas for appealing designs.

We want to offer designs that customers can print on products (mainly T-shirts).

The payment: You will receive 30% of the profit per sold product and ALWAYS an additional payment of $0.2 for each design you sent us. But please be aware, not every design will sell well. It can happen that you are going to send us 500 designs and none of them sells, it depends on how good you are. On average you will earn 0 to 1$ per design/month. Suppose you get $0.5 per design/month and send us 20 designs every day, consequently you will get about $1000 per month after 3 months, about $2000 per month after 6 months and $3000 per month after 10 months.
However, we assume that we initially sell less in the first month, because obviously, the whole business has to start and your designs have to be placed correctly.

From the beginning of the contract you will PARTICIPATE FOR A YEAR IN WIN and with the best designers we want to continue the collaboration and will realize further projects. So dont worry about a fraud, youll get paid every 2 weeks and will get a sales statistic of which designs have sold. We also want to work with the best designers over a long term and of course, want to pay successful designers appropriately.

Conditions:
- at least 50 designs per week
- only self-drawn designs
- no designs/texts with trademark infringement
- we give you rough categories and you can decide for yourself what you will design
- from time to time you will get design ideas from us that sell particularly well
