Looking for Full-Stack Developer

Looking for an experienced developer for a 3-6 month project! You will work alone on this project.Must be experienced with Javascript, PHP and MySQL. Please note we are creating a Rich Internet Application, not a website/blog/etc.

To be a best fit for this project you need:

Ability to communicate clearly
Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner
Write I am a human on top of your proposal
Attention to details

You have two options of payments:

You can get payments on % of monthly revenue of project( for 18 months!)
Or you can get payments half by % ( for 9 months!) , and half by regular hourly fee ( max 2-4USD dollars per hour).
