Machine Learning Expert to Create Database and Use Existing Training Set

Deliver a built structured database accessible to anyone with credentials of structured data that also can be queried and used by machine learning software as a training set, with the goal to create a structured set of text information using the algorithm created from the machine learning training set.

The goal will be to create and add to the training set from the initial training set using the machine learning algorithm.
