The goal of the project is to integrate our CRM solution with PureCloud.
Agents will login on our CRM solution and use PureCloud as the Contact Center solution.
Tasks:
- Detail all we need to put on the CRM side to integrate withe PureCloud (what information we need to add to each agent)
- Details how to do the single sign on integration with PureCloud (agent login on the CRM and automatically login on PureCloud)
- Detail how to transfer data from PureCloud to our CRM to automatically popup the screen with all customer information.
- Help us with the application used by the agent to answer calls, chats and all interactions integrated with our CRM.
