Expert Coder needed for creating an Instagram Growth Software (Comparable to 'FollowLiker')

My company is looking for someone who is able to create an Instagram Growth Software comparable to FollowLiker but with a more advanced & versatile backend.

I have previously worked with developers to create software that was able to scrape users/ hashtags, to follow & unfollow, DM, and improve all around engagement of an individuals profile. The software left with one of my previous partners, so I am in need of a new program.

We would like to see previously completed work that is similar to the software desired to ensure work can and will be completed.

We would like the software to be finished within 30 days of the start date. If the project is not completed within 30 days, unless agreed previously the contract will be voided. Upon completion, we will need a minimum of 2 weeks, maximum of 5 weeks depending on the fluctuation of usability, to determine the sustainability of the software. If the software is corrupt or does not perform as expected within the post-completion 2-5 week period, then the contract will be voided.
