Setup a AWS landscape for a webApp running from S3 and calling Dynamo via Lambda

Review and adjust our existing AWS landscape to allow one of our developers to:
- manage and publish a WebApp using S3;
- control all data traffic using AWS API Gateway;
- build/publish AWS Lambda functions using Python;
- access/write data into Dynamo DB;
- review Cognito rules and create two different user profiles;
- adjust the WebApp to allow new users to self-register;
- replicate this into a DEV/QA environment;
- link each webApp (dev/prod) to one HTTPS domain using S53 Routing;
- build a DevOps pipeline for that (including Git and Travis);
