Create Google Sheet (or spreadsheet) where we can input data and it will output a graphic line chart

We are just beginning a project.
We will be performing approximately 20 site visits.
During each site visit, we will be recording measurements at approximately 20 set points.

We would like our sheet to automatically show the DIFFERENCE (if any) in the measurements we take; not the measurements themselves- we only want to see if there is any change.

I hand-drew a graphic that will be just fine. I want to hire someone to build a sheet that I can keep on my desktop and as I enter the data, the bar graph will automatically populate. This way I can show the client if there have been any changes in the measurements.
