Transfer files periodically from S3 to Google Drive

We are looking for someone who can help us build a periodical transfer job that will transfer files in S3 to a specific Google Drive folder.

We have files that are generated daily from our application and stored in S3. Once these files have been generated we want to be able to transfer them to Google Drive.
