Turn 2D design into rendered model inventory for Quantity Surveying purpose, 1x Residential house

- I have a PDFs of the actual CAD file(s) - to assist in explaining the job.
- The collaboration will involve taking these designs provided to you forward, for Quantity Surveying purposes
- Specifying the materials used right through the house in a listed format table (eg floors are polished concrete, walls are brick, windows are double glazed etc) - representing every build aspect.
- Specifying the materials used right through the house in a visual representative format and output (eg floors are visually represented as polished concrete in the output files, walls are visually represented as are brick in the output files, windows are visually represented as are double glazed in the output files etc) in distinct colours to differentiate each build material
- Every element of the physical house covered (eg roof, garage door, floor, walls, stairs, carpet, kitchen, doors, railings etc) - ie representing every build aspect.
- Output files from the work delivered as Excel, PDF and updated CAD files (original CAD files will be provided)
- I can provide the CAD files to the successful freelancer.

In summary - this is just to enable a Quantity Surveying to say to build that house to that specification here would cost you %x - given the materials listed.

Collaboration will be needed, as only i know the specifications
