Developer Needed to Fix Wordpress Site (Theme / plug in)

I had someone update the version of Wordpress for my company website and in doing so, it seemed to affect the theme and the way some of the content is shown. For example, plug ins that handle scrolling windows, etc.

Here are the specifics:

Scrolling parts.

scrolling News section on main page is not working and text formatting got messed up.

Similarly, in the news section in the NEWS and MEDIA
page the scrolling does not work.

I think this has something to do with the : List category. - posts plug in.

(2) Projects Page

The choice of TYPE vs LOCATION for projects is not shown, just the LOCATION. Normally you should be able to select TYPE of project too.

(3) Individual Project Page

the individual PROJECTS page (the images are not showing at the top - just the project
text. Normally there is a big banner image, just like the format on the home page. The project textand imagery will share with shortlisted candidates

(4) Main Page - Services Description

On the main page, normally when you select a certain Service such as MULTI-MEDIA, on the left, it will give a short description. Then when you select READ MORE, there is supposed to be a text block that shows up in the centre column with a solid colour behind it. Currently it just shows a small text snippet.

I will provide a PDF file for layout cues. My Art Director / Graphic Designer will give you design direction and graphics when necessary. I want you to make the Wordpress code work.
