Need layout plan for apartments and Elevation

Looking for an experienced Architect/Designer who can design the layout of apartments, one, two and three bedrooms for half of the back of the ground floor and complete four more floors on top of it. Only half of the front ground floor will be open space without any columns for a bank or clinic. Also design front elevation and side elevation.
