Fetch pricing estimates of Azure and Google Cloud

I need to have the pricing estimates for:

1- Virtual Machines e.g. Azure VMs
2- Databases e.g. SQL Server on GC or Azure (the ones that can be stopped)

In a table in a database or as a CSV file.

I need developers or DevOps Engineers who can write scripts to:

1- Fetch the pricing estimation based on 1- VM or Database 2- Region 3- Instance or Database Type 4- Purchase Type 5- OS Type

e.g. Windows xlarge on Azure EU Central

For example:


p.s. At this stage, it is OK to grab the data manually and put them in a table as well.
