Direct Response Copy Copywriter Needed For Upwork Profile/Proposal

What I need:

A direct response copywriter. Not someone who just writes articles, or does normal copy. A copywriter who understands how to write with the goal of conversions, and return on investment (ROI), and SALES.

I will need this person to write an Toogit proposal template for me to apply to jobs to, and for my Toogit profile. This is for a Facebook ads service profile.

For the Toogit proposal template, I want it to be appealing for them to book a call at the end. However - I want to also have a disqualifier that they need to have a few thousand per month in budget, without scaring them away. Perhaps we dont say this, as it could scare people off too much, and lose conversions. So perhaps our high hourly rate, or bid can solve this alone. Or perhaps the disqualifier is a little bit smaller. You need to help with ideas for this.

My goal is to get on calls with qualified prospects with a budget, without scaring them off too much, so this isnt about getting everyone to book a call. We need a balance.

You are working with a very top profile, with tons of social proof on it. Also tons of social proof in terms of case studies, tons of testimonial videos on website etc. So we can show a ton of proof.

I need someone smart, who understands my above needs, and can also give suggestions on how to achieve this.

As you know, an Toogit proposal is different from a long sales letter or email, you need to understand this, that a prospect might not read a long essay.

Please do the following:
1) Tell me how youll help me achieve the above.
2) What would it cost for this? The proposal/profile together.
