Rip video from Youtube, complete minor edit and provide file

I require a freelancer to rip a video from Youtube, do some minor overlay edits (of some text currently on video) then provide the file to me.

Video is 41 seconds long - edit is on 3 seconds of video (cover up some text) and 3 seconds replace some exiting text.

We have permission from content owner.
Need this done as soon as possible, but properly. Require finished file in .mov and .mp4 formats.
