Need someone serious to set up a Laravel project

Hello, I want a full Laravel folder 5.8 set up for a backoffice CRM.

The purpose is to register and manage customers=(index - create - edit - update - delete)
Customers:
(name-company-email-phone-adress1-adress2-adress3-country)

A customer can own many contracts=(index - create - edit - update - delete)
Contracts:
(contract_id+folder_id+device_id+startdate+enddate+products)

A contract can get many products (quantity for each products = 1)
Products:
(name-description-price-taxes)

The product price is free to fill (there are around 10 difference products descriptions)

For the product, you have to choose between many taxes to set it up (even 0%).

Need 1 view to list all the customers:
column 1= name - sort by name
column 2= company
column 3= phone
column4= CRUD

Need 1 view to list all the contracts:
column 1= field number
column 2= customer name - sort by name
column 3= contract ID
column4= device name
column5=startdate
column6=enddate
column7=view-edit-delete

Dashboard - Need 1 view to list all the customers without contract for the next month:
column1= customer name
column2= contract ID
column3=startdate
column4=enddate
column5=view-edit-delete

Need a view to create customer
need a view to create contract (choosing an existing customer + choosing the product name in a list + adding as products as needed with a blank space to fill the price of the product everytime+choosing the taxe)
need a view to create product
need a view to create taxes

Need a view to edit/update customer
need a view to edit/update contract
need a view to edit/update product

and I need to generate the contract in PDF when its done. (I have the php model for it)

So I want the full Laravel field set up with:

- theme AdminLTE
- migrations database
- models
- controllers
- routes
