Need a video for a furniture store holiday promotion

Im looking for someone to create a short (under 30 seconds) social media video promo for a local furniture stores Memorial Day sale. The project is very flexible, and ideally, I would find someone who is able to make video promos regularly for this store.

Were hoping the promo would include photos of some of the furniture, some motion graphics, and upbeat music. I can provide all the photos and product details as well as additional copy if needed.

We are trying to keep costs down for this first video as much as possible. While I expect the video to look clean and professional, Im not expecting cinema quality graphics or anything like that. Templates are fine as long as they can be adjusted to match the stores brand. Im willing to defer to your judgment as far as video content that would be easy for you to create.

For this project, Im not looking for any voiceover work. However, if you have the ability to do voiceovers for future projects (or coordinate getting a voiceover from another contractor) that would be a nice plus.
