Create a simple after effects template for Sailing YouTube Channel

I would like a drag and drop after effects template that will allow me to build the effect of the crew faces popping on screen for a YouTube channel intro where each crew member has a little block that appears on screen. Currently I have it masked out for each image and when we change crew it is a hassle to change everything around. So I would like an after effects template that will recreate this effect and all I have to do is drag and drop each video file into a precomposition and resize to fill the frame how i like. Sometimes we have different amounts of crew, so I need a composition for each number of crew members that we might have which is 4-16 people.
