DC electrical assistance for submarine/speedboat final testing

Its a tested speedboat/submarine concept vessel. I need to add to team in order to return to water for subsea hover thrust tests. Initially, only a small amount of help will be needed. For example, we need guidance finding the right speed sensor for our DC electric motors. So, our initial need is quite small. However, we would like to have access to a mechanical engineer who not only understands electrical but Hydraulic and air systems as well...one who might consider becoming a part of our team as we move forward should we realize the success that we anticipate. We completed over 21 test dives initially and just need a little more help returning to subsea activity.
