Objective: to call Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Scheduler (ESS) Webservice with SSO implemented with OIDCS (Oracle Identity Cloud Service)

The WSDL for the ESS Webservice is needed.

Assumptions:
1. Oracle IDCS is implemented for Single-Signon
2. Oracle apps username/password is not known, and cannot be passed directly to the webservice API

Task:
1. Call the ESS Webservice SOAP API from javascript code, and do the operation getRequestDetail to get the details of a specified Oracle Process. The requestId of the Oracle process can be passed as a parameter in the webservice payload.
2. Determine the necessary HTTP headers to support authentication using SSO implemented through Oracle IDCS.
3. Do the above in 2 scenarios: with and without Windows Native Authentication.
