Web/Graphic Designer for Personal Video Website and Branding

I am looking for a multi-faceted web designer and graphic artist who can create the ultimate personal website for my video work. I have a pretty specific design style, and will give mutliple references.

It will be mainly a front home page carousel design that shows off individual video work. Also would like a scrolling down affect that creates a multi-layered design so photoshop skills are a must. Open to ideas on how to make my original idea better. It is mostly video/Image-based presentation so looking for creative ways of showcasing work.
