Need developer to create a facial-recognition based Image sorter in Python.

1. Input to program is a packet of images
2. (Facial recognition) detects all faces that appear within the set of images provided.
3. (Facial recognition) determines which face within that collected list of faces appears most frequently.
4. (Facial recognition) then takes all of the reoccurrences of the face determined by step #5 and decides which thumbnail image contains the most straight-forward facing facial data within the list of that persons face.
5. Program then saves the full sized image determined by step #6 and is sent to final output of program.

Notes: we will need each step of the final code to be annotated so that we can implement it into a larger application
