Prestashop Web Dev Guru req'd for ongoing work

We have a Prestashop e-commerce store which has a lot of custom coding.

We need a Prestashop wiz to help with ongoing troubleshooting, updates, installations, custom editing & improving/enhancing the site. We need someone that is able to manage the entire stores backend, where our office team (non-technical) is unable (team can do most back office admin for daily analysis, order processing, product management etc).

Specifically, we would need someone that will be working in the site code, who is able to help when we have issues. Such as checkout issues and failures with payments etc. We need you to be able to go in and rectify swiftly and concisely with no error.

Our team have been working with a team of very proficient e-commerce gurus for many years, however the team has relocated and is no longer available, so we really need someone that is available around the clock (so preferably a consultant that works for self) that is able to drop everything in an emergency (subject to other urgencies of course) and help fix the issue. Basically, we need someone willing to be on call 7 days.
