CAD designer to modify a 3D model add holes and make a square frame

I currently have about 80% of the model finished i need someone to come in and edit it for example add 4 mounting holes a flat plate with 4 mounting holes I would also like a blueprint made ( just a img with the hole dimensions printed etc )
