Test software for editing videos, create table of contents & descriptions

Were looking for German and English speaking freelancers, testing our software, beeing capable of creating good tables of contents for talk videos, typically from the topics:
* Digital marketing
* Startups
* Entrepreneurship
The main emphasis is not on usual software testing, but more on writing & editing. There are no development skills needed.
You would use our software to watch a video and use our tools to set marks on positions that could define a new section of the talk. Then you would have to name the section that makes sense and is useful for other viewers of the video.
We have a clear description for how you can do that and also would require you to work on a test video of app 15min length before you can start working on the real videos.
