Fix Issue with deployment of Flask/Boto3 in AWS EBS

I have created a fully functional application in flask. It works correctly on localhost, but I would like to deploy this to AWS Beanstalk. Your job would be to:

- deploy to EBS
- configure the environment with the requirements files and WGSI paths etc
- ensure the app is running correctly
- report back to me any changes required in the flask application to make it run correctly on AWS

The specific issue appears to be related to the import of boto3 and botocore, which return a set of errors...

This job is paid by the hour, unless you propose a different arrangement. Previous experience with AWS, EBS and Flask is required.
