We have an excel sheet from a world reknowned weight lifter and professional powerlifter that we would like to productize and sell as a info product.

In doing so, we need to convert the excel sheet into either an interactive PDF or interactive locked excel sheet so that we can sell the product to people without losing the IP of the program by simply sending an editable excel sheet into the masses.

The expectations are to convert the completed excel sheet into either a PDF of a locked file type that is easily accessible, interactive and ideally trackable.
