Strip out VBA and create same functionality using formulas

I have a workbook and compiles them into one client sheet. The function currently looks at the last row of each sheet and copies and pastes the data into one specific sheet under the previously pasted data.

I need someone to do this without the use of VBA as the code does not work well with a Mac.

I need this done urgently over the next few days so please only apply for this posting if you can commit to that
