Record audio from website to a separate file and cut it to relevant parts

The requirements are as follows:

1. Record the audio of these websites directly (without any environment sounds, of course):

https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/w172w71qwlnlgzv#play
2. Cut all news. Keep only the parts where the guests & interviewers speak (first link starting at 0:38, second link starting 17:13)
3. File must be in .mp3
