Need a Wix Rockstar Who Can Highly Customize a Wix Site

Wix is notoriously easy to use and often feels like a cheap, one-size-fits-all site. Im looking for someone who can highly customize a Wix site and change things in the back end if needed. This is for a high-end client with high expectations of customization.

This would also require expertise in implementation of plugins for Wix equivalents (like integrating with Mailchimp or a plugin that can create beautiful event invites where people can respond to the event directly on the site). This would require a decently technical background, even though its Wix. Im not sure if Wix can do everything were looking to do, but Ill let you as the expert tell me if its possible with one of their pre-built out solutions.
