Wordpress theme Customisation

Hi!

Im looking for someone to customise the Oshine wordpress theme to my specifications:
(removed by Toogit admin)
And, I would like the following tweaks:

1. Landing page:
a) Have the landing page be the portfolio page
b) Transparent header (or preferably just a hamburger with a drop down/from the side menu or header)
c) Have the horizontal scroll work like in the demo (smooth) not be jumpy like it is now
d) Have spacing between the galleries on the portfolio page be 10px

2. Gallery:
a) The galleries them selves pretty much look like they do now, but with transparent header and footer.
b) If an image has a description or a caption, have it appear on hover from the bottom of the image. With white background.

There seems to be some bug in it to have all the items twice in the header i have no idea why...
