We are looking for a person who will be available from 4 pm - 1 am on workdays and 12 pm - 1 am over the weekends in order to ensure the smooth company operations.

Responsibilities:
- Verify that all applications are running
- Verify that the complete infrastructure is operational
- Monitor the Slack channels for support requests
- Perform initial evaluation of the support request
- Perform initial fix of the issue if possible
- Reroute the request to the appropriate party
