We are looking for development of a Real Estate Website with CMS included as well as integrations with property APIs.

The deliverables include:
1) Premium looking Web design
2) CMS to allow admin to manage content and view DB records
3) Web application development
4) Application should provision for user management, property management and transaction management

Details include:
1) Search and filter of properties based on criteria provided by us
2) Allow user to favourite specific properties
3) User will also have properties bucketed into 3 categories viz.
a) Under consideration,
b) Under execution and
c) Currently owned (List with cashflows and management details)
