Hidden Markov Model on R

Method: Hidden Markov Model using R
Dataset: Unbalanced panel of 200 units over around 150-200 periods.
Response Variables: 40 (continuous or categorical) variables datasets.

The task includes using -40 response variables, find three hidden states in the dataset. As deliverable, you will find the relevant R package, *implement it and fix (if any) errors*, create transition matrix, emission probabilities, and other relevant quantities as well as basic visualizations.

You can use any package available in R as long as you deliver the right answer!
