Need a wordpress expert to help create a relatively simple website that works like a slideshow

Im trying to design a microsite on wordpress that can function in the same way that a presentation or slideshow would, meaning I dont want any vertical navigation - only horizontal.

I will need the site to have functionality such as lightroom popups for text, video and images I want to display, as well as needing of course for it to be mobile responsive.

At the moment Ive been using a paid plugin called Smart Slider, but Ive been having trouble making it do what I want.

Ill send you a PSD file of each slide (there will be about 7-8 in total) and you will create it in wordpress. There might be some updates and edits but if there is anything major I can add more money to the budget.

Also, if you have any suggestions about how we could go about this please let me know!
