I am looking for an individual who I can rely on who can help me complete an Oracle Apex project. The individual must be reliable and is able to explain critical concepts about using the Apex application and preferable can explain PL/SQL . I want to gain the confidence to become an independent developer.

My learning methodology is the work on the job. I want to work live time whilst teaching critical concepts. I want to know how I can use this application to create a crud app that connects with any outside application and pass information and get information from the app through the Apex application.
