I need someone with Excel experience to take multiple county-level election results by precinct (voting location) and then generate turnout and election results by legislative district.

BYDISTRICT.xlsx shows which precincts make up which state legislative districts (105 House districts and 35 Senate districts).

2017-Special-General-PrecinctLevel.zip has the election results of all 67 counties. They need to be combined into a single document so you can then build the file I need. This will involve combining the Registration, Doug Jones, Roy Moore, and Write In numbers of every precinct within a state legislative district.

The output will be 135 data sets showing the Turnout Total, Turnout % (registration / turnout), Jones %, Moore %, Write in %.
