Simple trading system in ThinkOrSwim based off two indicators

Im seeking assistance for a simple trading system in ThinkOrSwim that will:

1. Use two indicators (PSAR and DMI) and analyze the relationship between those two and price
2. Generate buy and sell signals
3. Dynamically modify stop-loss and take-profit orders with subsequent bars and indicator values
4. Work at any bar frequency

Deliverables will include:
1. All custom thinkscript
2. Instructions on how to configure
3. Instructions on how to modify parameters, etc.
4. A remote walk-through
