Excel Scripting and data visualization

I have a requirement here. I have created an Excel sheet which works on some good amount of Data.. Now the Excel is ready and working.. My requirement is as below now:

1) There are too many repeated formulas being used in the Excel and hence I want to use VB Scripts to consolidate those formulas at one place.

2) That excel needs to be completely password Protected.. No One Should be able to View or copy any of the VB Scripts..

3) The password needs to have an Expiry Set when we protect the Excel.. Lets assume that I set a password for the Excel which should expire in 30 days or 60 days.. After that the user would not be able to open the Excel further.. Remember user cannot change the password also..

4) Excel will connected to external source for Data Feeds into the Excel at real time.

Now please understand that this is a self work and is completely my own Intellectual Property hence I wont be able to share the Excel sheet but I will share a small sample excel sheet which you will have to help me create the above things then then rest of the things I will do on my own.

I want to be very clear that this is not going to be a HUGE work as you can understand that you will only be working on the sample sheet hence I want some quick work here. This is urgent and hence needs to be delivered within no time.
