Sysadmin With Devops & Speed Optimization Expertise

We are looking for a devops engineer who can help us implement continuous integration, create code review processes and keep our servers optimized. We have a very busy site that attracts over 30K visitors/day.

We want someone who will be around whenever server issues arise and help fix them. This is a part-time position for now, but looking for a long-term relationship. Weve had people working with us for 10 years, and we value long-term relationships. Whoever we hire must have the following attributes:

- Must have previously optimized busy WordPress sites (over 10K/month visitors)
- Excellent spoken English as well be talking over the phone regularly
- Highly responsive in case of server issues

The first task would be to examine our site, talk to the development team if needed, and come up with recommendations on how to improve our whole setup. If we like your recommendations, wed be happy to work with you long-term.
