I am looking for a developer to build a tool which will host our psychometric test. Our clients are HR teams and recruiters so a well designed, intuitive portal for them to be able to login, bulk send tests, track and evaluate test results is key.

We also require admin functionality for my team to be able to create and manage client accounts and view and track client usage data.
